Dan has 25 years of experience in drafting, project management, and holds a professional license as an architect. His background includes work on major projects with Nuclear & Industrial, Micron, Albertsons, US Foods, WinCo Foods, and a variety of national retail chains including REI CO-OP, Warehouse facilities, Multi-Family, commercial, storage, office buildings, and Non-Profit entities. He has been uniquely successful as an Entitlement Specialist gaining approval from city and county agencies for large retail projects.
